Pyunkang Yul Mist Toner

is a cooling toner that is well suited for burning skin. It contains 91.9% Coptis Japonica root extract for an anti-inflammatory effect.

The Mist (Spray) Toner provides refreshing moisture and soothes the skin. Also applicable over the makeup .

Application
