ACWELL Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner

is a daily pH balancing toner that uses licorice root water to moisturize and refine skin texture by removing dead skin cells and impurities .

With peony extract and liquorice water , both " natural brighteners " , your complexion will be given extra luminosity. At the same time, pigmentations, acne scars and dark spots are reduced. It also removes impurities left on the skin after cleansing.

Application
